This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used on nayaai.io. It also explains a separate booking application that opens when a visitor chooses to book a strategy call.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and scripts that store or access information on a device. Some are essential to a requested service; others support analytics, advertising or personalization.
2. Current main-site technology audit
A fresh-browser audit of the NAYA homepage and blog on 29 August 2026 observed no cookies, no persistent localStorage entries and no analytics storage entries after the pages had loaded. The main site currently uses the following technologies:

Because the current main site does not set non-essential cookies or persistent analytics storage, it does not display a cookie-consent banner. If NAYA adds non-essential storage, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or similar technology to the main site, it will update this policy and deploy prior consent controls where required.
3. Separate strategy-call booking application
Links labelled “Book a Strategy Call” open scale.nayaai.io/qualify, a separately deployed application. A fresh-browser audit on 29 August 2026 observed the following on that application:
- Meta/Facebook Pixel scripts and an
_fbpcookie scoped to.nayaai.io; - Microsoft Clarity;
- Manus Analytics / Umami; and
- localStorage entries for theme and referral information.
Those technologies are controlled by the separate booking deployment and are not loaded on the main nayaai.io pages merely because the booking link is displayed. The booking application should provide its own clear information and prevent non-essential technologies before consent where required. Until that separate deployment is remediated, visitors who do not want those technologies should not open the strategy-call booking flow and may instead email hello@nayaai.io.
4. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking necessary resources or scripts may affect fonts, media, animations or other site functions. Browser privacy extensions may also block analytics or third-party requests.
Clearing session storage will cause the visual intro to play again in a new session. This does not affect a NAYA account or customer record.
5. Global privacy signals
The current main site does not use visitor data for cross-context behavioural advertising and does not set advertising cookies. If that changes, NAYA will assess applicable opt-out preference signals and legal requirements before deployment.
6. Changes and review
NAYA reviews this policy when analytics, storage, hosting or booking technologies change. The table reflects an observed runtime audit, not a promise that third-party technology will never change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
