Terms and Conditions

The B2B terms that govern access to the website and contracted NAYA services. They cover Orders, permitted use, customer obligations, AI functionality, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, suspension, service levels, indemnities, liability and termination.

Privacy Policy

How NAYA handles personal data as a controller for its website and business relationships, and how it acts when processing customer-supplied contact and service data on a customer’s instructions.

Data Processing Addendum

The binding Article 28 processor terms automatically incorporated into the contract when NAYA processes Customer Personal Data for a customer. The Terms and Data Processing Addendum should be read together under Commercial Terms.

AI Transparency Statement

How NAYA’s AI interactions, synthetic outputs, human oversight, data use and limitations are described, together with the deployment responsibilities that remain with customers.

If a customer accepts an Order or the Terms and NAYA processes Customer Personal Data, the Data Processing Addendum is automatically incorporated and applies before that processor activity begins. A separately signed negotiated agreement may replace or vary the public documents to the extent it expressly says so.
